Macro for automatic comments

Post by sebastianclauss » Mon Dec 04, 2017 3:38 pm

Greetings from Munich!

I perform several stimulations, e.g. a protocol to determine refractory periods (S1S2). Is it possible to automatically add a comment based on the cycle length? For example, stimulating with S1S2 120/80 should have the comment "120/80", the next stimulus with S1S2 120/79 should be "120/79", etc.

My stimuli are marked with event markers, but I only managed to have an automatic comment at the beginning of the protocol. And it is also the same comment for every stimulation maneuvre.

Would be great if anyone has an idea to manage it.

Hi Sebastian,

It should be possible to add a variable to the Stimulator dialog that starts at 80, then write a macro that puts this variable in a comment and reduces the number by 1 each time a stimulus/comment occurs. Would it be possible to private message me your file, or a settings file of your file?
